Everything was great, especially location and staff. 12 miles to London City airport. The bed was quite hard here yet I loved the stay overall. The bathroom was fairly clean here.

It was amazing price for 261 rooms. Staff were patient to our requests. The English breakfast had lots of items. What's more, parks and a river were walking distance to the accommodation❤❤

Great price for spacious place. I was near to the Royal Albert Hall, the centre of South Kensington, Hyde Park thanks to its wonderful location. The staff was willing to help and extremely helpful! Fast check-in & late check-out, friendly service. Exceptionally good exceptionally good room, it had exceptional views too.

Place was functional and close to a gilt bronze sculpture. The pool was lovely, the staff was amicable. Good service in general. Bedroom was adjoining and perfectly clean. They offered gorgeous breakfast, food was good. Fascinating location for everything I needed, I liked it.
